Registration Fee
* Students are required to present their student ID at the registration desk at the workshop site. Without it, Regular Registration fee will be charged. ** Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only. Registration fee for Regular Registration includes: Attendance at all the sessions, One paper presentation, Workshop Program, Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception (March 14th), Lunch on March 14th, 15th and 16th, Banquet (March 15th) Registration fee for Student Registration includes: Attendance at all the sessions, One paper presentation, Workshop Program, Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception (March 14th), Lunch on March 14th, 15th and 16th * Banquet ticket is not included in the registration fee Registration for accompanying person includes: *Free of charge* Attendance at all the sessions, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception (March 14th), Lunch on March 14th, 15th and 16th Additionl Items
*** Visa Support If you should require any support in preparing documents for visa application from us, we will charge 8,000 JPY per one set of visa document. Please apply for them by choosing [Visa document fee] on the registration form no later than February 13th, 2014. On the receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you the visa application form to make visa document for you. Also please note that this charge is for the Visa Support Office to prepare the necessary documents for your visa application based on the information you will provide and that it does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain a visa. Even if you cannot obtain the visa, this charge will not be refunded. Also, please note that this service will be provided only for the presenters at this workshop. **** Registration Requirement for Paper Presentation For the papers to be presented at the workshop, authors should meet the following conditions: 1. Please complete the workshop registration and payment no later than February 7th, 2014. 2. Please note that one registration covers only one paper. One registration by either presenting author or co-authors is required for one paper to be presented. If you present more than one paper, you are required to pay the extra fee for each additional paper. Please apply for them by choosing [Additional Paper] on the registration form. Method of Payment Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods: - Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) - Bank transfer:
* All bank handling charge, including the charges of paying banks or corresponding banks, should be borne by the applicants. For your information, the following paying bank's charges are required in Japan: Remittance charge: approx. 3,000 JPY Lifting charge: approx. 2,500 JPY In case we have received the registration fee deducted remittance charge, the participant should pay the balance on-site. ** If the payment is made by bank transfer in Japan: 日本国内で銀行振込にてお支払いされる方へ: (1) 口座名フリガナは「エイエムシイニセンジュウヨン」とご記入(ご入力)ください。 (2) 振込情報確認画面で口座名称がフリガナで表示される場合、 「エイエムシイニセンジュウヨン ダイヒョウ オカモトシュウジ」と表示されます。 Note: If you need an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office. Note: Receipt will be provided at the workshop site. If you need the official receipt in advance of the workshop, please apply for them on the registration form. But please note that if the receipt has been sent by e-mail, the receipt will not be included in your workshop package at the workshop site. Reply E-mail After you complete online registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office. Confirmation Upon confirming both the registration form and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail with your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Workshop materials. Cancellation Policy If written notice of cancellation reaches the Registration Office:
